Dr. Kingsley, Dr. Isobe, and Dr. Gardner practice the Phlebology specialty in Birmingham, Alabama. All three surgeons are board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery, and Dr. Kingsley is also board certified in vascular surgery.
