About Insurance All major insurance companies and medicare will now cover vein diagnosis and treatment. The operations we perform in our Vein Center are covered by insurance. We obtain pre-determination approval for our patients to be sure there is proper coverage. We do have a cash program if our patients do not have insurance, and our office is known to be very fair. Spider veins are not covered by insurance, and our office has a special program to treat spider vein problems.
